Everything you need to find games, join a team, or run your own tournament — from first download to first point.
Step 1 of 3
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow these five steps to get fully set up.
When you first launch the app you see the branded splash screen. The app quietly checks for any over-the-air updates before the button becomes active — this usually takes under a second.
Tap the Create Account tab. Enter your email address and a password (at least 8 characters, including one number and one special character). Then tap Create Account.
Already have an account? Tap Sign In instead. Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot Password? — a 6-digit reset code is sent to your email.
A 6-digit code is sent to the email you registered with. Enter it on the verification screen. Tap Resend Code if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
Fill in your details on the profile setup screen:

The Save Profile button activates once all required fields are filled.
Review and accept the Terms of Service on the next screen. Once accepted, you land on the Explore tab and the app is ready to use.
Navigation
The bottom tab bar gives you access to every part of the app. The central + button is how you post a game or start a tournament.
Step 2 of 3
Everything you need to find, join, and participate in games — from your first search to post-game ratings.
Open the Explore tab. Games are listed sorted by proximity and scheduled time. Tap any sport chip along the top to filter — tap it again to clear.
Each game card shows the sport, location, date and time, host reputation, spots filled vs. total (e.g. 5 / 10 players), and whether the venue has field lights. Tap any card to open the full Game Detail page.
Supported sports:
On the Game Detail page, tap I'm In! to claim your spot. Your place is confirmed instantly — a confetti animation and green "You're in!" banner appear, and a confirmation email with the game details is sent to your registered address.
Tap Leave Game on the Game Detail page. A confirmation dialog appears before the leave is processed. Your spot is freed immediately and, if anyone is on the waitlist, the first person in line is automatically promoted.
When all spots are taken the join button changes to Join Wishlist. Tap it to take a numbered position in the queue.
| Situation | Button shown |
|---|---|
| Game has open spots | I'm In! |
| Game is full, not on waitlist | Join Wishlist |
| Game is full, you are on waitlist | On Wishlist (#N) — Tap to Leave |
The #N in the button is your position in the queue. When a confirmed participant leaves, the system automatically moves the #1 waitlist person into the confirmed list. You will receive an in-app notification and a confirmation email — no action needed on your part.
Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications to choose what you hear about:
| Toggle | What it controls |
|---|---|
| New Games | Alerts when games matching your sports are posted near you |
| Ratings & MVPs | Reminders to rate the host after games you attended |
| Match Updates | Changes to games you have joined or hosted (edits, cancellations) |
When New Games is on, a Sports Alerts section appears below it so you can enable or disable alerts per individual sport. Once you have joined a game, a Remind Me toggle also appears on that game's detail page.
Every game has a live chat at the bottom of its detail page. Only confirmed participants and the host can send messages — use it to coordinate parking, what to bring, rule clarifications, or last-minute changes.
After a game you attended you will be prompted to rate the host and other players. Ratings build each player's public reputation score, visible on their profile and inside game detail pages. The MVPs tab shows the weekly leaderboard across all sports.
Tournament registration is team-based, not individual. Open a tournament on the Explore tab and tap Register Team. Fill in:
After registering, the team captain can add players to the roster from the Tournament Detail page. Entry fees are collected offline — the app does not process payments, but the host's payment instructions are shown on the registration form.
Step 3 of 3
Any signed-in user can host — there is no special host account. Tap the + tab to get started.
Tap + → Host a Game to open the Post a Game form.

Open the game from My Games and tap Edit. All fields are editable: sport, location, date/time, number of spots, description, and field lights.
Every confirmed participant who has Match Updates notifications enabled receives an in-app notification when you save changes. You cannot set the scheduled time to a past date.
You have two options:
Open the game's Players tab to see confirmed participants and the waitlist, sorted by queue position. You do not need to manually promote anyone — when a confirmed participant leaves, the #1 waitlist person is automatically moved up, notified, and emailed.
Tap + → Host a Tournament. Tournaments have more fields than casual games:
