1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Statewide Sports Hub is a platform that connects athletes, organizers, and sports communities across the United States. The App allows users to create accounts, post and join recreational sports matches, manage leagues and tournaments, and participate in live scoring.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent match or event information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Upload or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App
5. Match and Event Hosting
Organizers who create matches, leagues, or tournaments are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations related to organizing sporting events. Statewide Sports Hub is not responsible for the conduct of participants at any event listed on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Statewide Sports Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.
By submitting content to the App (such as match descriptions, profile information, or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statewide Sports Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statewide Sports Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the App is harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through the Account Deletion process.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
